At the Bridgeport Vein Center, youll benefit from the expert care of two leading Portland vein doctors, Kenneth A. Janoff, M.D., and Patrick M. Lehti, M.D, who are both doubly board-certified in vascular surgery and general surgery. Drs. Janoff and Lehti are both recognized as venous disease specialists with decades of training in how to recognize and treat venous disease and how to educate patients like you about the optimal treatment plan for varicose veins, spider veins and other vein problems.
Dr. Kenneth A. Janoff
Recognized as a leading Portland vein specialist, Dr. Kenneth A. Janoff has been practicing vascular surgery in the Portland area for over 20 years. Board-certified in peripheral vascular surgery, Dr. Janoff studied general and vascular surgery at the Oregon Health Sciences University and is a member of numerous regional and national professional societies dedicated to vascular and general surgery.
Kenneth Janoff has recently been awarded the 2009 "Patients Choice" Recognition for the second year in a row. MDxMedical, an independent surveying organization, polls medical patients nationwide on a variety of criteria measuring their opinion of their doctor. Dr. Janoff is among the fewer than 6% of physicians nationwide to receive this honor.
Dr. Patrick M. Lehti
Dr. Patrick Lehti is a leading Portland vein doctor with over 25 years of experience in metropolitan Portland. Dr. Lehti trained at Oregon Health Sciences University and is board certified in general surgery. One of Portlands recognized vein specialists, Patrick Lehti is a member of numerous regional and national surgical societies.

Pam Burrows, RN - Sclerotherapy
Pamela Burrows is a Registered Nurse. She graduated from the University of Washington in 1988 with a B.S. in Nursing. She moved to Portland in 1993 and worked at OHSU in the Pediatric ICU and oncology unit until 1996. She joined the OHSU Dotter Interventional Radiology Unit in 1996, where she has pursued an interest in sclerotherapy. In 2007 she started doing sclerotherapy with Dr. John Kaufman, M.D., Professor of Interventional Radiology, with whom she currently works. She also trained with Dr. Teresa Mann, a practicing dermatologist and sclerotherapist in Bozeman, Montana. She recently joined the Bridgeport Vein Center as our sclerotherapist. She enjoys working with her patients to help in the treatment of bothersome and unwanted veins. In her free time, she enjoys scuba diving, hiking and climbing all the beautiful mountains in the Northwest. She practices yoga and is a certified instructor. She is married and has a seventeen year old daughter and a fourteen year old son.
